Ayam Gado Gado

 Ayam Gado Gado Sauce
 Tofu
 Chinese Cabbage
 Raddish
 1 Cucumber
 2 Eggs
 2 Potato
 1 Carrot
 Diced Pineapple
 2 Tomatoe
 Bean Sprouts

Finely chop the cabbage, radish, cucumber and tomatoes.
Shred carrots and cut them in to short lengths.
Dice the pineapple in to small cubes.
Dice tofu in to cubes.

Hard-boil the 2 eggs and then dice.
Boil and then dice the 2 potatoes.
Lightly fry the tofu in ghee or olive oil.

Lightly warm the Ayam Gado Gado sauce.

Mix everything in a bowl and stir thoroughly to spread the sauce.

Serve with prawn crackers on top.
