Ayam Sambal Beef

 1 Ayam Malaysian Sambal Shrimp
 1 Ayam Coconut Cream Can
 500 Diced Beef
 1 Pack of Baby Corn
 3 cups Sugar snap peas
 3 cups Mung Bean Sprouts
 2 Celery
 1 Red Onion
 2 cups Broccoli
 ½ Capsicum

Chop vegetables and dice beef in preparation.

Put some ghee in a wok and warm. Cook the beef and then put it aside in another bowl.

Add onion and broccoli and continue to cook for ~5 min.

Add capsicum, sugar snap peas, baby corn and celery. Continue to cook for ~5 min.

Add Ayam Malaysian Sambal sauce and coconut cream. Continue to cook for another ~5 min.

Add the meat back in and simmer for ~10 min.

Add the bean sprouts and simmer for another ~5 min.
