Greek Salad

 1 Red Capsicum
 1 Lebanese Cucumber
 200 g Perino Tomatoes
 1 Red Onion
 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 100 g Feta Cheese
 ½ cup Kalamata Olives
 3 tsp Oregano

Coarsely chop the capsicum, halve and slice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, crush the feta, thinly slice the tomatoes and quarter the olives.

Drizzle the red wine vinegar plus some oil and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the feta and oregano on top.
