Parmigiana Tuna Bake

 370 g Tuna in oil
 2 Kirkland Pasta Sauce
 3 cups Pasta
 2 Eggs
 2 Garlic cloves
 1 cup Milk
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Black Pepper
 1 Brown onion
 1 tbsp Italian herbs
 1 tsp Chili flakes
 1 cup Black olives
 1 Semi Dried Tomatoes
 ½ cup Tasty cheese
 ½ cup Mozzarella
 1 cup Panko

Preheat oven to 200°c.

Begin cooking pasta. Drain well when finished and pour in casserole dish.

Slice onions, dice olives, crush garlic, crack and lightly whisk eggs, drain and flake tuna.

Mix the milk, egg salt and pepper.

Pour some olive oil in a wok and begin cooking the onion and garlic. Cook for ~3 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the Parmigiana pasta sauce, Italian herbs, chili flakes and mix. Next add the tuna and olives. Mix well and let simmer for ~3-4 minutes.

Begin grating the cheese while the sauce continues to simmer.

Pour the whisked egg in with the pasta and mix thoroughly. Next pour the sauce mixture over the top and mix again.

Lightly pack down the mixture and cover with a spread of the grated cheeses.

Pour an even layer of Panko across the top to create crust.

Bake for ~30 minutes or until nicely browned.
