Peanut Satay Stir-Fry

 2 Carrot
 2 Celery
 2 Brown Onion
 20 Green Beans
 1 Capsicum
 2 Peanut Stirfry Sauce
 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
 1 Chicken, Pork, etc

Chop veg and onion.

Prepare wok with oils and cook onion. Remove to separate bowl when done.

Add further oil, and all veg. Stirfry on high heat for 5 minutes.

Lower heat, add water, cover and steam for 10 minutes. Check to stir once or twice.

Once water has mostly evaporated, add meat, onion and sauce.

Stir frequently until hot and serve.
