Salmon Rigatoni

 2 cups Rigatoni pasta
 1 Salmon
 3 tbsp Olive oil
 3 tbsp Lemon juice
 1 tsp Honey
 ½ tsp Basil
 ¼ tsp Salt
 3 cups Lettuce
 1 cup Spinach
 1 Cucumber
 ½ cup Feta

Bake salmon. Drain, skin and bone. Break up in to small chunks.

Begin cooking pasta. Once finished drain and rinse with cold water.

Chop up lettuce, cut cucumber lengthwise and slice halves.

Combine oil, lemon juice, honey, basil and salt. Mix very thoroughly.

Pour pasta, salmon and salad in to a bowl. Pour mixture over the top and lightly toss. Serve with feta sprinkled on top.
